Your YouTrip card will be valid till the last day of the month of expiry, as reflected on the card. For example, if your card expiry is displayed as 06/21, it'll be valid up till 30 June 2021, 2359hrs.
If your card is expiring soon, you will receive a replacement card from us at no cost.
Getting a replacement card in advance
You'll be able to request for a new card through the YouTrip app within 60 days of your current card's expiry date. Before we can proceed with replacing your card, you'll also need to verify your residential address via the app. Refer to this page for instructions on updating your residential address.
Default card replacement process
If you have not already made a request for a new card in advance, we'll send your replacement card to your registered residential address 28 days before your card's expiry date.
Upon receiving your new card, you may immediately start to use it as it'll already be activated and linked to your YouTrip account. Your old card will then be automatically disabled.
Do note that if your residential address has not been updated, a fee of S$10 will be applicable to replace a card sent to an address wrongly registered to your account.
