To exchange currencies, select the exchange button on the home screen.
- Choose the respective currency pair to view the 'live' exchange rate.
- Select "Next" and enter the amount you would like to exchange.
We currently support the in-app exchange for 12 currencies; Singapore Dollar, United States Dollar, Euro, Great British Pound, Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krona, Malaysian Ringgit, Thai Baht.
Please note that you will only be allowed to make 20 in-app currency exchanges within a 24-hour sliding window. Refer to the diagram below for an example of how this sliding window works when 20 exchanges are made at different points in a day:
