To exchange currencies, select the exchange button on the home screen.
Choose the respective currency pair to view the 'live' exchange rate.
Select "Next" and enter the amount you would like to exchange.
We currently support the in-app exchange for 12 currencies: Singapore Dollar, United States Dollar, Euro, Great British Pound, Japanese Yen, Hong Kong Dollar, Australian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Swiss Franc, Swedish Krona, Malaysian Ringgit, Thai Baht.
Please note that direct exchange between the Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and the Thai Baht (THB) is not currently supported in the app. You can still exchange either currency using SGD as an intermediary, for example: MYR → SGD → THB.
There is also a limit of MYR 20,000 that you can hold in your MYR wallet at any point in time.
Additionally, you may perform up to 20 in-app currency exchanges within a 24-hour sliding window. Once the limit is reached, you will need to wait until earlier exchanges fall outside the 24-hour window before making another exchange.
Refer to the diagram below for an example of how the sliding window works when 20 exchanges are made at different times throughout the day.
