YouTrip limit
The daily ATM withdrawal limit for YouTrip is S$5000 and this limit cannot be increased.

Bank limit
The ATM operator may impose their own withdrawal limits, which could affect ATM withdrawal attempts.

ATM machine issues
The ATM may be out of service or malfunctioning, resulting in a failed withdrawal.

Local ATM restrictions
Please note that the YouTrip card cannot be used to make ATM withdrawals in Singapore.

Pending ATM withdrawals
The ATM withdrawal may appear as "Pending" in the app even though it was unsuccessful.
The transaction may take up to 8 days to be reversed.
