If your card is retained by an ATM terminal, follow these steps below.
Cancel and replace the card
- Tap the ‘Cards’ icon on the YouTrip app homepage
- Toggle to the Physical Card
- Tap ‘Manage’ and select ‘Card Replacement’
Using your Virtual card
- While waiting for your Physical replacement card, you can add your Virtual card to Apple Pay Wallet or Google Pay to enjoy seamless payments via Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Contact the ATM provider
- The ATM provider might return your card if you contact them directly.
- However, we do not recommend this as there is a risk that the card may have been compromised while it was out of your possession.
For pending ATM withdrawals due to the card being retained
- The ATM withdrawal may appear as "Pending" in the app even though it was unsuccessful.
- The transaction may take up to 8 days to be reversed.
