Here are some common reasons why Apple Pay or Google Pay is suspended:
Card is locked
- Please check the card status by tapping on ‘Cards’ icon on the YouTrip app homepage.
- If the card is locked, it will no longer be active on Apple Pay or Google Pay, and any payments using these services will be declined.
- The card will appear as suspended.
Card is suspended
- Check your email for notification regarding the suspension of your card by YouTrip. Reason of card suspension includes card suspension request from you, security reason etc. Please check your email to find out more.
- If your card is suspended, it will no longer be active on Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Card is neither locked nor suspended
- If your card is neither locked nor suspended, remove and re-add the card to your digital wallet. There may be a technical error with your phone.
