To adjust your overseas transfer limit:
- Update your app to an updated version of 4.21 or higher first
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap on 'Wallet & Transactions Limit'
- Select ‘Overseas Transfer Limit’
- Set a specific limit between $0 to $20,000 that you would like to adjust to.
Note that the default limit is set at $1,000.
For your security:
- If you are increasing your limit, there will be a 12-hour cooling period before it takes effect.
- You are required to confirm and verify by entering your 6-digit App PIN if you are withdrawing more than $1,000.
