YouTrip’s overseas transfer allows you to transfer money to 45 countries in their local currencies. You can top up your YouTrip balance in SGD and transfer it to the local currency of your country of choice.
Take Note:
- Overseas transfers can only be facilitated in SGD currency.
- Overseas transfers can only be facilitated using your Transferable Balance. This means only top-ups that are done in PayNow and linked bank accounts will be allowed to facilitate overseas transfers. To transfer more funds overseas, you must first top up using PayNow or a linked bank account.

To transfer money overseas, follow the steps below:
1) Tap on 'Transfer' to select your transfer method
2) Tap on ‘Transfer Overseas’
3) Select the available country and currency to transfer to
Input the amount and transfer mode. To view the full list of country and currency, refer to this FAQ.
4) Select an existing recipient or add a new recipient
If you’re adding a recipient for the first time, refer to this FAQ.
5) Input the additional information requested
Certain currencies would require you to input the reason for transfer and source of income.
6) Tap ‘Slide to Transfer’
Review and confirm the transfer details.
7) Tap ‘Track Your Transfer’

Do be patient as every transfer will have its compliance checks. Sometimes, these checks may require more information from you which will result in some delays in the processing of the transaction.
