Parents can easily create a Child account directly in the YouTrip app by following these steps:
1. Go to the 'More' tab on the homepage
2. Tap 'Child Accounts'
3. Tap 'Get Started for free'
4. Authenticate via Singpass MyInfo. Your child’s eligible details will be retrieved automatically.
Complete the setup by choosing your child’s nickname, card name, and account avatar.
That's it!
Once your application is submitted, verification typically takes 5 to 10 minutes. If additional checks are required, your application may take 3 to 5 working days. After approval, your Child's account will be linked to your YouTrip account, and a physical card will be delivered to your registered mailing address within 5 to 7 days.
