You will only be able to withdraw balances from the Transferable Balance in SGD currency.
We encourage you to exchange currency from other wallets to SGD currency first to obtain a higher transferable balance.
Transferable balances will only apply to funds topped up into your account after 22 July 2024, 00:00 hrs. These include:
- Top-ups done via PayNow and Linked Bank Account (eGIRO)
- Reversals from transactions using PayNow or Linked Bank Account top-ups
- Dispute Credit or Dispute Resolution
- Merchant Refunds
- Insurance Cashback
- YouTrip Surprise Cashback
- YouTrip Perks Cashback
Important Note:
Transfers are limited to the list above. All other balances, including card top-ups via debit and credit card and card top-ups via Apple Pay, cannot be withdrawn.
