Unfortunately, funds from your YouTrip wallet can only be transferred to the bank account associated to your PayNow-linked mobile number or NRIC you used when you applied for the account.
If your mobile number has changed and is yet to be updated via the app, kindly update your mobile number first. Refer to this FAQ on how to update your mobile number.
Alternatively, you can choose to transfer money to another YouTrip user. Refer to this FAQ on how to transfer funds. Do note that this amount is not withdrawable.
