Yes, for top-ups done via PayNow or linked bank account from 22nd July, 00:00 hours, onwards:
You can refer to this FAQ on how to withdraw funds back to your linked bank account. There is no withdrawal fee.
For non-refundable scenarios via the app, such as:
- Top-ups made before 22nd July 2024, 00:00 hours
- Top-ups previously done via a linked Mastercard/Visa debit/credit card
- If you have exceeded the 10th withdrawal for the calendar month
- Full account balance
- Any promo or referral rewards gained
- Any funds obtained from peer-to-peer transfers
- Any funds obtained from an eSIM refund
- Any funds obtained from a YouTrip Family and Child account
Please note that there will be a refund processing fee of S$10 to process refunds to your linked bank card or bank account.
You are encouraged to use your funds at any Mastercard® acceptance point locally or worldwide, or for your online purchases, as well as for public transportation in Singapore.
