Please check to ensure you have sufficient balance in your account.
If you have insufficient balance:
- Top up your account via the YouTrip app.
- Perform a balance check by tapping your card for your rides.
Important Note: If you had a negative balance before topping up, you will need to wait about an hour after the balance check is triggered before you can use the card for your rides.
Alternative Option: Add either the Virtual or Physical card to Apple Pay or Google Pay and tap the card again.
