Yes! An increasing number of public transportation systems outside of Singapore now accept contactless Mastercard payments.
You can use your YouTrip card to pay for rides if the transport service provider accepts contactless Mastercard. Note that overseas transaction fees may apply. Some locations even support contactless Mastercard payments at selected gantries or counters. We highly recommend checking the transport service provider's website ahead of your trip or at the station directly if you're unsure.
