How are my MRT/Bus fares reflected in my statement?
The fares for your bus and train rides are not listed individually. Instead, they are shown as a lump sum of your total MRT/Bus fare from the last 5 days or when the total fare exceeds S$15, whichever comes first.
How can I get more information on individual rides?
Link your YouTrip card to the SimplyGo app for a detailed breakdown of your public transport transactions. You may refer to this FAQ on how to link your card to SimplyGo.
What should I do if there are discrepancies for my Bus/MRT charges?
If you notice discrepancies for your Bus/MRT charge, you can submit the claims via the “My Claims” page on the SimplyGo app.
What is the MRT/Bus Balance Check?
Occasionally, a S$0.10 MRT/Bus Balance Check may appear in your statement.
This is a periodic check to ensure your card has sufficient balance for public transit rides.
It is an authorisation check and not a fare charge. This amount will be reversed within 7 to 30 days, which will also be reflected in your account statement.
