Will the money be returned to me?
If the merchant has cancelled the payment while it is still reflected as Pending, the amount should be reversed back to your YouTrip account within 8 days.
Please monitor your YouTrip wallet to see if the funds are reverted within the payment cycle. If this occurs, the transaction will be reflected as “Reversed” in your account.
Can I expedite the fund reversal?
We cannot expedite the fund reversal process. It typically takes up to 8 days for the amount to be reversed.
What should I do if it has been more than 8 days or the transaction is completed?
