How do I adjust the limit?
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap on 'Wallet & Transactions Limit'
- Select the transaction type or wallet limit you wish to adjust its limit

There is a 12-hour cooling period after you raise the limit for the following:
- Overseas Transfer Limit
- Bank Withdrawal Limit
What is a 12-hour cooling period?
For your safety, there is a 12-hour cooling period after you raise the limit before it takes effect. This is a security feature to ensure that any increase to your limits is intentional and secure. During this time, you will only be using your existing limit until the cooling period has ended.
There is no cooling period for lowering a limit.
