The ICCID (Integrated Circuit Card Identifier) is a unique number assigned to your eSIM. It helps us identify your eSIM and the plans linked to it. If your eSIM has multiple plans, the ICCID ensures the correct plan is recognised and configured properly.
You can find the ICCID on the eSIM plan you purchased in the YouTrip app. It will be displayed in the plan details screen:
If you need help with your eSIM, we’ll ask for your ICCID to verify and troubleshoot your plan.
We can only assist the account owner who purchased the eSIM. If someone else bought the plan on your behalf, please contact them directly to request support.
