If your child’s card is lost or compromised
You should immediately lock the card via the app to prevent unauthorised transactions. You can then proceed to request a replacement card within the same section.
How to request a replacement card:
1. Open your YouTrip app and switch to your child's account view
2. Tap 'Manage' and then 'Manage Card'
.
3. On the child's card page, tap 'Lock' to prevent future unauthorised transactions
4. Tap 'Manage' and select 'Card Replacement'
You're also advised to file a local police report for your child if your child's card is lost, stolen or being used fraudulently, as it may be required during our internal investigation process.
