Both the parent and child can reset the ATM & Card PIN via the app.
To reset your child's ATM & Card PIN,
- Open your YouTrip app and switch to your Child's account view
- Tap 'Manage' and then 'Manage Card'
- On the Child's 'Card' tab, tap 'Manage' and select 'Reset ATM & Card PIN'
- Create a new 4-digit PIN for overseas ATM cash withdrawals
Note: The ATM & Card PIN (for overseas ATM withdrawals) is different from your login App Passcode, which is 6 digits.
