Suspect your child is a victim of fraud or a scam? Here’s what you can do to protect your child.
-
Lock your child's physical card via your YouTrip app to prevent further transactions from being made. Learn how to lock your child's card by reading this FAQ here.
-
Request your child to change their app passcode if they have the YouTrip app. Refer to this FAQ here on how to change your passcode. If someone else has access to the email account you used for your child, please change the password of that email account as well.
-
Email & report your case to fraud-reporting@you.co.
-
If you wish to stop any new transactions from happening and immediately suspend your child's account, you can activate the Kill Switch by calling +65 6904 9334.
-
Make a local police report here if your card is lost, stolen, or being used fraudulently. This report may be required during our internal investigation process.
