If you are unable to find your preferred bank
Unfortunately, we only support locally-issued bank accounts from the following list of supported banks:
- DBS / POSB
- OCBC
- UOB
- Standard Chartered
- HSBC
All top-ups can only be facilitated in SGD currency.
If you are not redirected to your bank's web view login page
Please ensure that your YouTrip app has been updated to the latest version. You may reinstall the app and then try again.
If you have tried this and you’re still experiencing difficulties, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at customer@you.co or via the 'Send Us a Message' feature on the app immediately.
If your account linking was unsuccessful
If your account linking was unsuccessful, you should have received an email notification from us advising you to contact your bank of choice. Kindly reach out directly to your bank.
If you did not receive the One Time Password (OTP)
If you did not receive the OTP, please check your mobile connectivity to see if you have mobile coverage in your area. Otherwise, request another OTP or contact your bank’s customer support team.
Please DO NOT share the OTP with anyone including your friends or family members.
My account is taking too long to link
Your bank account should link to your wallet within 30 seconds. If your linking status is stuck at ‘processing’ for a long time, kindly reach out directly to your bank.
