You can now top up your YouTrip wallet using a linked bank account. To do this, first link your YouTrip wallet to one of the supported banks.
Please note that only one bank account can be linked at a time. If you wish to change the linked account, you will need to unlink the current/existing one before to linking a new bank account.
DBS/POSB Bank
Linking your DBS/POSB bank account
To link your DBS /POSB bank account, follow the steps below:
1) Tap on 'Change' to select your top-up method
2) Tap on 'Link a bank account'
3) Select a bank where you have an existing bank account
4) You will be redirected to the Bank's page to log in with your banking credentials
5) Select your bank account to link to
You may also set your payment limit (optional) and expiry date (optional) or leave it blank
6) Review your e-Giro request and confirm by tapping 'Submit'
7) You will need to authenticate using your banking app's digital token
8) Submit your request to link
9) You will be redirected back to YouTrip to inform you that we've gotten your request
It may take a while for the request to be approved by the bank. Once approved, you should receive an email and app notification from YouTrip informing you of the approval.
OCBC Bank
Linking your OCBC bank account
To link your OCBC bank account, follow the steps below:
1) Tap on 'Change' to select your top-up method
2) Tap on 'Link a bank account'
3) Select a bank where you have an existing bank account
4) You will be redirected to the Bank's page to log in with your banking credentials
5) Authorise your login using OCBC app
6) Select your bank account to link to
You may also set your payment limit (optional) and expiry date (optional) or leave it blank
7) You will need to authenticate using your banking app's digital token
8) Submit your request to link
You will be redirected back to YouTrip to inform you that we've gotten your request
It may take a while for the request to be approved by the bank. Once approved, you should receive an email and app notification from YouTrip informing you of the approval.
UOB Bank
Linking your UOB bank account
To link your UOB bank account, follow the steps below:
1) Tap on 'Change' to select your top-up method
2) Tap on 'Link a bank account'
3) Select a bank where you have an existing bank account
4) You will be redirected to the Bank's page to log in with your banking credentials
5) Authorise your login using your UOB app
6) Select your bank account to link to
You may also set your payment limit (optional) and expiry date (optional) or leave it blank
7) You will need to authenticate using your banking app's digital token
8) Enter your 6 digit token code
9) Submit your request to link
You will be redirected back to YouTrip to inform you that we've gotten your request
It may take a while for the request to be approved by the bank. Once approved, you should receive an email and app notification from YouTrip informing you of the approval.

1. Tap on 'Change' to select your top-up method
2. Select a bank where you have an existing bank account
3. You will be redirected to a web view of your Bank Login page
4. Log in using your internet banking credentials
5. Select which account you would like to link your YouTrip Wallet to
6. Select your payment limit (optional) and expiry date (optional) or leave it blank
7. Submit the request and you will be notified when your account has been linked
8. Once approved, you should receive an email and app notification from YouTrip informing you of the approval
You are now set to top up with your linked bank account!
