You can continue to use your YouTrip card until the last day of the month of expiry, as reflected on the card. For example, if your card expiry is displayed as 12/24, it'll be valid up till 31 December 2024, 2359hrs.
If your card is expiring soon, you will receive a complimentary renewal card from us. Here's how to get your new card.
How to request a renewal card:
- Tap the ‘Physical card is expiring soon’ banner on the app homepage
- This will be displayed within 40 days of your current card's expiry date
- Check or update your residential address
- If the displayed address is correct, tap ‘Yes, it's correct’ to confirm your renewal card request. Your new card will be sent to this address in 5 to 7 days.
- If you need to update your residential address, tap ‘I've got a new address’ instead. You can refer to this FAQ here to learn how to update your residential address.
- Activate your new physical card through the YouTrip app
- Tap on the banner on your homepage to activate your new Physical card by entering your new Y-number.
- Once activated, your old Physical card will automatically be disabled.
