- Open the App:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap on 'Personal Information'
- Tap 'Phone Number' to edit
- Verify Your Identity
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address
- Enter Your New Phone Number
- Verify your New Phone Number
- Enter the SMS OTP sent to your new phone number
- Your phone number will be updated successfully once you've completed this step
Having trouble updating your mobile address? Here are some common issues:
- Error with Verification Code
- Expiry: The code is valid for 3 minutes. If it has expired or was entered incorrectly, request a new one.
- Too Many Code Requests: Excessive requests for verification codes may block changes to your account. Try again after one hour.
- New Mobile Number Issues
- If your new number is already registered with another YouTrip account or is a recycled number, you will not be able to update it. Reach out to us first, as we will need to perform identity verification checks before updating.
