When purchasing travel insurance through the app, please ensure that you meet the following requirements:

You must be an individual YouTrip account holder over 18 years of age. You can only purchase insurance for yourself.
- The insurance is valid for a single trip and covers trips for up to 182 days.

You must have a locally registered mobile number, as only local mobile numbers are accepted. If you are using an overseas registered mobile number, update your number by referring to this FAQ.

The name on your YouTrip account must match your NRIC/FIN. If your legal name has been updated or if your last name is repeated, please update your registered number by referring to this FAQ.
