You can access your personal information registered with YouTrip through the Settings tab on the app. On your profile page, tap on the edit button next to your phone number, and you'll be directed to enter your new phone number.
Follow the steps below:
1) Tap on the edit button next to your phone number
Enter your new phone number on the next screen
2) Enter the verification code sent to your new number
Once you've done so, your phone number would have been updated successfully!
Facing problems updating your phone number in the app?
Here are some possible reasons:
Incorrect/Expired Verification Code
The verification code sent to your phone is only valid for 3 minutes. Use a new one if the one you entered has expired or has been entered incorrectly.
Too Many Code Requests
If we detect an excessive number of requests for verification codes from your account, we will prevent any changes to your account from being made. You'll be able to try again after one hour.
New Phone Number Already In Use
You will not be able to update your phone number if your new number is already registered with an existing YouTrip account.
