An eSIM (or embedded SIM) is a digital version of a SIM card that lets you access mobile data abroad without the hassle of swapping physical SIM cards. It’s built right into your phone, so you can easily buy a data plan from the YouTrip app and install it within minutes.
We recommend setting up your eSIM before you fly. Once you enable data roaming at your destination, your phone will connect to the relevant network automatically, and you’ll be ready to go.
Please note that the YouTrip eSIM is for data only. It doesn’t support voice calls or SMS. Keep your physical SIM card active if you need to receive calls, SMS alerts, or OTPs from your bank or other services.
