You can’t extend your eSIM’s validity, but you can continue using the same eSIM by purchasing an add-on plan in the YouTrip app. This lets you stay connected without reinstalling a new eSIM.
If you need more data or additional days, simply purchase an add-on for the same destination. The add-on will activate automatically once your current plan expires, and you can keep using the same eSIM profile on your device.
Important to note:
- Any unused data from your original plan will not carry over to the add-on.
- If an eSIM is not activated within 60 days of purchase, it will expire and can no longer be used.
- If you decide not to use your eSIM, you may request a refund as long as it has zero data usage and your request is made within the allowed refund period. For refund steps, please refer to this FAQ here.
