- Open the App:
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap on 'Personal Information'
- Tap 'Residential Address' to edit
- Submit your New Address:
- Enter your postal code: Note that it has to be a Singapore-registered 6-digit postal code
- Enter your unit number: Input ‘-’ if the unit number is not applicable (residents living in landed properties)
- Enter the address in the following format:
Postal Code
Building, Street, etc
Unit Number
If you’re required to submit your address update manually, kindly prepare the following documentation.
What are the identification requirements?
- For Singapore Citizens or PR Holders:
- Ensure your new address matches your NRIC.
- For Other Pass Holders:
- Prepare one of the following IDs and proof of address:
- Employment Pass
- S Pass
- Work Permit
- Student Pass
- Long-term Visit Pass
- Dependant's Pass
- EntrePass
- Work Holiday Pass
- Training Work Permit
- Prepare one of the following IDs and proof of address:
What are the acceptable Proof Of Address (POA)?
- Utility bills (e.g., electricity, water)
- Bank or credit card statements
- Internet/mobile phone/pay TV statements
- Employer letter stating new address
- Government-issued documents (e.g., IRAS, CPF, ICA)
All POAs also have to be dated within the last 6 months and reflects your full name on it.
