- Open the App
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap on 'Personal Information'
- Tap 'Email Address' to edit
- Verify Your Identity
- Enter the SMS OTP sent to your registered phone number
- Enter Your New Email Address
- Verify your New Email Address
- Enter the verification code sent to your new email address
- Your email address will be updated successfully once you’ve completed these steps
Having trouble updating your email address? Here are some common issues:
- Incorrect or Expired Verification Code:
- The verification code sent to your email is valid for 3 minutes. Request a new code if the one you entered has expired or was incorrect.
- Spam Filters:
- Check your spam/junk folders if you can’t find the email containing your verification code in your main inbox.
- New Email Already In Use:
- You cannot update to an email address that is already registered with another YouTrip account.
