Please be informed that payments with the physical card, including transactions at physical payment terminals (POS) and online transactions, will only be enabled once the activation process is completed.
Your Physical card will be activated upon successful verification of your new Y-number and the creation of your 4-digit ATM PIN for overseas ATM withdrawals.
How to activate your first Physical card:
- Tap the ‘Cards’ icon on the YouTrip app homepage
- Tap ‘My card has arrived’
- Enter your new Y-number located at the back of your YouTrip card
- Create a 4-digit ATM PIN for overseas ATM cash withdrawals
Your Virtual card will be activated upon successful verification of your email address and the creation of your 6-digit App PIN for future app logins.
How to activate your first Virtual card:
- Once your card is ready, tap on 'Confirm email address'
- Enter your email address
- Access your email from your mobile device and search for 'Card Activation'
- From the email, select 'Activate Card'
- You will be prompted to open the YouTrip app in your Safari/Chrome browser
- Create a 4-digit App PIN for future logins
Your Virtual card will be activated upon successful verification of your email address and the creation of your 6-digit App PIN for future app logins.
Troubleshooting
- If you are experiencing difficulty activating your card, check if you have entered the correct Y-number first.
- If you have requested a new card to be redelivered, wait for the new card to arrive to activate.
