All Physical card deliveries should take 5 to 7 days to reach you. In the meantime, you can continue to use your YouTrip Virtual card while waiting.
New Cards
- Tap the ‘Cards’ icon on the YouTrip app homepage
- Check the expected delivery date stated on the app
- If it has exceeded the date shown, contact our Customer Experience Team by using the
'Let Us Help You' function in the app or emailing us at customer@you.co.
Renewal and Replacement Cards
If it has been more than 7 days from the date of request, contact our Customer Experience Team by using the 'Let Us Help You' function in the app or emailing us at customer@you.co.
Self-Collection
- All cards will be delivered to the registered address via SingPost.
- We do not offer any self-collection service in Singapore.
