By using SingPass MyInfo when applying for a YouTrip account, you’ll save time on filling in personal information yourself, and bypass the need to produce additional verification documents. In addition, pre-filling your information also avoids any chance of human error in your application.

Follow the steps below to sign-up for a YouTrip account via SingPass MyInfo. MyInfo is available to both Singaporeans and Foreigners (except Work Holiday pass holders). You can refer to this FAQ to find out which IDs are accepted to to sign up with YouTrip.

How to sign up using SingPass MyInfo:
1) Open the YouTrip app and click 'Get Started'
Select country Singapore for 'Where Are You Based?' page
2) Enter your mobile number and proceed with mobile verification
You will receive an SMS OTP to verify your mobile number
3) Enter your email address and proceed with email verification
You will receive an email verification link to verify your email address
4) Select 'Retrieve MyInfo with SingpassMyInfo'
5) Log in with your SingPass account
6) Review the information to be shared through MyInfo and select ‘I Agree’ to proceed
7) Ensure that all personal information displayed is correct
8) Enter your preferred name to appear on the card
9) Send your application to us and wait for your account to be approved
After your application has been submitted, it will generally take 1 to 2 working days to verify your particulars.
Once your account is approved, verify your email address and start your YouTrip experience with using a YouTrip Virtual card issued to you for free, while waiting for your YouTrip Physical card to arrive.
