If you forget your login App Passcode, you can reset it directly in the YouTrip app.
On the login screen, tap “Forgot”, then follow the instructions sent to your registered email address. You’ll be able to set a new 6-digit App Passcode once the reset is completed.
As part of our security features, the App Passcode must contain exactly six digits.
