If you are logged in currently:

Open the App
- Tap the ‘More’ icon on the bottom right corner of the YouTrip app homepage

Change Your App Passcode
- Tap on ‘Change App Passcode’
- Enter your current passcode
- Set your new 6-digit login passcode
What should I do if I have forgotten my App Passcode?

Please note that your login App Passcode, which is 6 digits, is different from your ATM & Card PIN (for overseas ATM withdrawals), which is 4 digits. If you have forgotten your ATM & Card PIN, you can refer to this FAQ for instructions on how to reset it.
