Yes, you may request for a refund in your YouTrip account if you would like to close your account. Please make your request to do so by contacting us at email@example.com with the title “Account Closure” to do so. Please note that there will be an administrative fee of S$10 to process refunds to your bank account.
Alternatively, you may use up your remaining funds in any Mastercard accepting merchant as well as for public transportation in Singapore.
