What should I do if I'm having trouble logging in?
'Something Went Wrong' error message:
- If you’re on a VPN connection, turn it off. Due to the app's security implementations, it is not accessible when the mobile is on a VPN connection.
Phone Number or Email Required:
- You will need to log in with either registered your mobile number or email address.
- If you’ve logged in with your new mobile number, this will result in login issue.
New Phone Number:
- You will need to key in your old phone number and select verify via email to log in
- Once you are logged in, update your mobile number in the app by referring to this FAQ on how to change your phone number.
What if I don’t have access to my old phone number or email address?

I’m having trouble with SMS OTP. What should I do?
Check Settings and Spam message
- Check your phone message settings first
- Sometimes, verification codes may be directed to junk or spam inboxes.
- If you still do not receive the code, you can tap ‘Resend code’ or choose another verification method, such as email.
I’ve forgotten my App PIN. How can I reset it?
