No. For security reasons, you can only be logged in on one device at a time. When you log in to your YouTrip account on a new device, you will be automatically logged out of any other device.
What happens after logging in on a new device?
To help protect your account from unauthorised access, you will be required to complete a biometric authentication first. This helps ensure only the rightful account holder can access the account, especially when logging in on a new device.
In addition, a 12-hour cooling period is automatically applied when a login is detected from a new or unfamiliar device.
During this period, you will not be able to:
- Update your mobile number, email address, or residential address in the Personal Information section
- Disable push notifications in the ‘More’ section
- Make a top-up via a linked bank account or a linked bank card
- Make a transfer to another YouTrip user
- Make an overseas transfer
When will I regain full functionality?
Full account functionality will be automatically restored once the 12-hour cooling period has ended.
