Can I use my YouTrip account on multiple devices simultaneously?
No, for security reasons, you will be automatically logged out from the other device once you log in to a new one.
What happens after logging into a new device?
For your safety, there will be a 12-hour cooling period after you log in to your YouTrip account on a new device. During this time, you will not be able to:
- Update your mobile number, email address, or residential address in the ‘Personal Information’ section
- Disable push notifications in the ‘More’ section
When will I regain full functionality?
Full functionality will be restored after the 12-hour cooling period.
