Depending on the purpose of the inquiry, we'll only reach out to you via email using one of six official email addresses. Check the email address of any email you receive to ensure it's from one of the following:

- noreply=you.co@mail.you.co (This is only used for OTP authorisation)
We'll never ask you to provide one-time passwords or your YouTrip card number in full over email. If we need to verify your identity over email, we'll typically ask for your Y-number on your physical and/or virtual card instead. This is not your 16-digit card number and cannot be used for payments or top-ups.
